At Cotton Postcards, each item is made to order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (including color preference, size/fit, or deciding you no longer want the item). Please use the size chart and product photos before ordering.
We’ll Make It Right If We Mess Up or It Arrives Damaged
You’re eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:
- Our error: wrong item, wrong print, wrong color/size compared to what you ordered, or a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping damage: the product arrived damaged.
What to do
Email hello@cottonpostcards.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue, and
- clear photos of the item and the packaging (for shipping damage).
We’ll review quickly and offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method. In most cases you won’t need to send the item back unless we request it.
Not Covered / Common Questions
- Color & print variation: Actual colors can vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes. Minor variation isn’t considered a defect.
- Placement tolerance: Small shifts in print placement are normal in apparel production.
- Fit issues: We can’t accept returns for sizing; please check the size chart.
- Unauthorized returns: Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted or refunded.
- Incorrect address or unclaimed packages: If the address provided is incorrect or a package is unclaimed and returned, reshipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Final sale items: Gift cards are non-refundable.
